I suspect Former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has good reason to claim she has authority to self-arbitrate the distinction of what constitutes Personal vs. Government email content.
It’s quite reasonable to assume that given the firestorm leading up to and post Benghazi there was a fair amount of sanitation going on. Perhaps even information documenting long suspicions that Mrs. Clinton was involved in several attempts to back-channel talks with top Iranian officials. Perhaps even giving advice to foreign interests on how to broker or launder campaign funds thru the Clinton Foundation. Tools and techniques for interests wanting to bypass the consequences of U.S. sanctions on Russia. Consults with selective E.U. Nations who were looking for direction on how to gain access to and/or preserve Libyan oil rights and so on.
Yes, any of these (and more) are distinct possibilities, but to suggest that these multi-track practices are unique to her ignores the greater likelihood that this is a common practice among the political elite. I believe that the greater issue of concern is quite a different matter: the elite firmly believe they are above and out of reach of the laws that apply to every other American and this truth is well past epidemic status.
