Israel, the Risk Obama Ignored:

Israel Reminds the World of the Risk the Obama Administration Chose to Ignore! It is absolutely the case that Iran had long ago dedicated its resources toward the development and deployment of nuclear-tipped ballistic missile capabilities. Most conspicuously in 2003 and 2004, while Rouhani was Iran’s Chief Negotiator, he acknowledged that they’d perfected the process for creating weapons grade material and well before the signing of the Nuclear Deal the Iranians had demonstrated their ability to move along and through the various processes necessary to produce a deliverable device. What remains true, as it was at the inception of the Nuclear Deal as it remains now, is that Iran continues to be weapons-capable, only now they are able to refine the ballistic delivery system openly and with funding provided by the U.S. and Russia has successfully used both the stupidity and hubris of Obama and Clinton-Kerry to leverage their relationship with China to their optimal advantage.

Dems Favor Iran’s Fait Accompli

While no one doubts Iran’s nuclear capacity, its own well-developing military complex or its intentions, it remains quite a quandary as to why Congress, regardless of party affiliation, refuses to soundly repel the President’s efforts which, in effect, represents an open endorsement of Iran’s destabilizing influences. Mr. Obama has proven his disruptive policy brand, the imprint of which is global in its scope and will prove its lasting malignancy for decades to come; all, by the way, licensed by Congress’s political grace.
So what is it that China, France, Russia, the U.K. and Germany gain while being companions to this fabulous death march? They receive a blanket release of U.N. Sanctions creating open access to Iran for military arms sales, nuclear technology transfer and financial services. All the while Iran gets a much needed bump in regime-validation, economic and military related rewards; all of this nicely packaged, thanks to Mr. Obama and his allies in Congress, with absolute release of liability.
Rest assured that Iran is going (and I would argue that they already have) to cross-the-line and the P5 are counting on a future American President having to arm-up and address the issue, largely on its own, and with in-country resources. Obama of course will be out of office and the American public’s memory Obama of course will be out of office and the American public’s memory will save his allies in Congress from their just due.
There was and remains a more appropriate method; expand the sanctions and if you must, surgically target their nuclear proliferating sites. Of course there are security risks, but hereto you have the Obama-disrupt-and-degenerate-Administration open-boarder policy to thank. At no point, in the 230 plus years of American history, has this country been so completely encircled by such persistent failure than has occurred over the last 6 plus years; not even George, Jr. managed such extremes.

Iran Side Deals Exposes a Dangerous Deception!

I’ve long expected that Obama brought Iran to the table using “side bar” agreements; one for public consumption and the other(s) concealed.  My suspicions are now validated with Iran openly admitting that there are a series of side agreements outside of the “inked deal” made directly with IAEA. These side-bar agreements cover concessions made relating to the Parchin (reactor) Military complex, critical inspection protocols, fissionable material (storage), ballistic technologies and development programs.
These agreements are not available for review by the U.S. which is defiantly contrary to the agreement made by the Obama Administration with U.S. Congress last May. Regardless of what Congress does, one thing is for certain: the Administration has assured the planet that war in the Middle-East is inevitable and there’s a near certainty it will involve nuclear weapons. As we know from history; you must never doubt a regimes capacity for mindless and incomprehensible extremes.
Obama not only proves this statement, he has established the foundation by which fanaticism will most assuredly expand upon it. The rabid damning of this and other Nations’ future is reckless beyond any measure of reason. The U.S. must not only back out of the deal that accommodates the expansion of nuclear technologies, but also those that endorse any kind of fanatical extremists. Do NOT release the Iranian Frozen Assets and implement a full-scale effort aimed directly at sanctioning the Iranian Regime. Period!

Can Congress Squash a Bad Nuke Deal?

Congress, in response to the publics objections (supported by overwhelming poll data) to any deal with Iran and looking to appear relevant, bundled together, passed and the President signed the Iran Nuclear Agreement Act of 2015. Many assumed that the Act would provide a safety net, a mechanism for saving the U.S. from a deeply flawed policy based on an even more errant premise that Iranian Leadership was somehow going to do a one-eighty as to their own internal agenda; well, on both accounts, if one holds to this syrupy gloss, you were wrong!
