Ignorance Collapsing on Itself

Standing before the Pyramids of Egypt or the Roman Coliseum one can’t help be overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of these structures’ design and the effort expended in their construction. Ironically no one has yet been able to figure out how the Pyramids were built and as to the Coliseum there is no faithful record of its many design features and it systems; the only evidence of these remarkable achievements persist merely in their remains the method and means having been lost somewhere within the passages of time.

What Becomes to Fill the Void

Vision in shades of gray is akin to viewing the domain of what is possible through the narrow scope of a straw; we void both depth and texture and omit a far greater perspective. We need only remove the filter to expose ourselves to the fullness of the unobstructed spectrum and be relieved to discover that color has been present all along.

As the GOP nomination process decelerates to a final resolution there will be several unanswered questions in search of answers; the American People will need to find them and it is my hope that they will be disciplined in expressing their interests

November 2012: Why Gingrich Matters

FIRST: Political Operatives have long misunderstood the Independent Vote. They’ve interpreted this block as a political, philosophically, hybrid and this is not the case at all. The Independent is apolitical and outcome-specific centered and largely views social issues as incompatible with the role of government. They want and look for deliberate and focused leadership and they don’t care from what side of the political spectrum it comes from. Further, the notion of what becomes defined as Social-Issues are, decidedly, nothing more than political-teasing whose appeal trend toward the polar of left/right of Independent; hard-left Democrat or hard-right Republican. The GOP’s failure to grasp this simple attribute is why Dole and McCain lost and why Reagan beat Carter.

The Feckless & The Shill

There is no disguise sufficient in its form which can survive a lie or claim regard for truth where there is none; why else the need for a disguise if only to distract the masses until such time as their interests and attentions fade.

Disguises serve many purposes in prose, theater, war and politics the latter being their own theatrical exhibition. The tale of the Greeks entry into the city of Troy is a metaphor for the perfect disguise, the Trojan Horse, and the operative purpose being: to gain entry.

Romney: A Moot Trajectory

“A well-adjusted person is one who makes the same mistake twice without getting nervous.”- Alexander Hamilton

I’m lost, at the moment, in a whirling tempest; it seems as if I’m looking at a blender full of sludge seasoned with strips of paper each bearing the name of one of the current crop of GOP Candidates. As the goo whirls about in the clear-glass blender occasionally a strip of paper makes its appearance in the rotation. Who will it be; Huntsman, Santorum, Gingrich, Paul, Perry and a – what’s-his-name…oh yes, Romney? I’m not entirely sure the determining factors are faithful to a necessary outcome; in fact, it may be far more reasonable to presume that it may not be possible.
