U.S. Intelligence – Ukraine

Walking back over the very same cliff seems to be the modus operandi of the Obama Foreign Policy. Todays White House statement citing that there is no credible link to Russia’s participation in the downing of MH17 is yet another example were U.S. Foreign Policy is nothing more than a parade of Masterful Equivocations the only effect of which is to increase the potency in the vacuum of leadership.

Clearly Obama has no capacity for understanding the intricacies of Foreign Policy or the skill required to integrate a leadership directive which others will follow. He clearly has no capacity for or interest in an ascendant role whether as an individual or as the leader of an entire Nation that holds a compelling position on the world stage. He has, sadly, surrounded himself with talent at best, equal to his own. Whether or not the American people want or expect international status the fact remains that even if the trend toward a more focused domestic agenda were possible, and judging from the current conversation in Washington – it clearly is of no apparent concern, the Obama Doctrine of Divide, Denounce & Evade leaves the U.S. in a most dangerous position.

Without a strong U.S. leadership directive there is no continuity among our allies; without continuity the now so-called Allies must orchestrate an individual policy agenda that inevitably eludes, specifically, the interests of the U.S.

Russia’s actions are no different than covert practices of the U.S. so the issue isn’t one of being equitable. It is however one of imbalanced exposure absent a contravening action and an action, one that surrenders objection, just doesn’t begin to fill the void; not even close.
