The Novelties of Transient Ethos

One might be willing to adopt the novelties of transient ethos believing that thru legislation, or the law, simulations ascend thru the fuzzy fields of their origins and on to the clarity and precision of truth; yes and the pattern of predictable outcome ultimately do prove their fallacy. The great irony is that we rarely witness legislation or the law excising the fallacy in favor of truth.

Read the following article and ask yourself this: How would one propose legislating this man’s actions and if not possible, how does one explain his urge to act absent a mandate of performance? If there is no such thing as the absolute, if all that exists are gradients of gray then by what method is the prohibition overcome so that the absolute of action occurs in the manner and tone that it does? I’m curious.
