Absent a common ambition any interest can be served; for a time!

The notion of diversity, seemingly hip and peevishly altruistic, is nothing more than functional lethargy overtaking the natural order of form. The charade that is diversity is right up there with the iconic and authoritative defense often raised and known as a Conspiracy Theory.

In truth, if you care to consider the theory, isn’t any/every outcome a conspiracy? The deliberate ambition of those preferring one outcome over that of another’s, have they, forces and interests, not conspired to affect their cause? In either instance the outcome is still the same; the overtaking of the natural order of functional form.
