Call it for the Side-Show that it is, Finally:

Israel’s Defense Minister, Moshe Yaalon, was quoted as saying:

“Secretary of State John Kerry came here very determined and operates based upon an unfathomable obsession and a messianic feeling,…throughout the recent months, there is no negotiation between us and the Palestinians, but rather, between us and the Americans. The only thing that can ‘save’ us is that John Kerry will get a Nobel Peace Prize and leave us alone.”

Tell it like it is! While the globalized U.S. Dept. of State attempts to create cover for its micro-management triangulation strategies, it neither cares nor is concerned for the structural impracticalities of a two-state solution within what was once known as Palestine. However, the illusion of a brokered piece is far too tasty for power preserved thru perpetual conflict. If a resolution was truly to occur then some form of confederation, one that perhaps would include a “Historic Zone” (Jerusalem), would be far more appropriate; the demilitarization of the region could begin from there.
