State of the Union – Dangling Bloody-Carrots

Like no other President before him, Mr. Obama holds the dubious distinction of being the most dynamically deceptive Chief Executive, ever.

Straight from the era of low-grade Alinskyite-intellectuals the order of outcome has never been about driving a positive outcome unless of course one defines the achievement of total dysfunction as an achievable goal. Congress, by design, is intended to be a less-than-efficient regime which aids in controlling extremes however over time, primarily due to long-term career politicians and disinterested public, this less-than-efficient regime has morphed (largely) into a most unconscionable organism.

Mr. Obama, having mastered the art of dynamic deception, has used this beast to his advantage. And so, for this reason, nothing about the State of The Union Address will be meaningful, relevant or demonstrate even the most elementary attributes of Leadership. It will however, illustrate to anyone of interest how well-adjusted the system and the American people have become to this great exhibition of dysfunction.

The beauty of all this rests solely in the prospects of restoration and it is truly possible however there is a catch; the problem isn’t in the system, it is quite simple to correct. The cause of the failure lies in the culture which reflects its image and thus defines the function of the system. You want a change then you must first commit to addressing the image projected by the public mirror and therein lies the difficulty. How much do you really want it?

The following are a select group of responses to questions/comments received after the original article was published. We believe you will find them of interest.

#1: As has become his custom, the President saturated the SOTU Address with a host of rambling and self-serving claims and prognostications. To critique the event in detail is only to endure a replay of the experience. His effort was simply more pabulum for those who share his views and further proof of the carnage he’s responsible for; yes, bloody-carrots indeed.
