The State Departments Deputy Spokesperson’s, Marie Harf, command of reality is sorely warped but then again the former Obama campaign workers’ robotic diatribe demonstrates a unique form of gravitas. Her crafted policy statements regarding serious National Security Crisis is pure pseudo-intellectual fantasy. Here’s a reality news flash for you Ms. Harf; if you or your handlers believe the ISIS Caliphate is rooted in economic depravity you’re seriously misguided. Given your transparent lack of historical knowledge, including the draconian history of Islam and its internal divisions, it is no surprise that your statement suggesting that “We cannot kill our way out of this war” ignores a critical attribute of the kinetic forces behind the expansion of ISIS. It is, and there should be no doubt about it, a War of Ideology and to defeat the Rouges of Ideology there is only one decisive mechanism; you kill them.
Genocide has long been the tool of Tyrannical Regimes seeking, regardless of a religious or misanthropic nexus, the conquest of mind, spirit and/or economic resources will not fit your political narrative despite your sanctimonious rhetoric. To expect a 1500 plus year routine to submit itself to your ideological mirror overestimates the Administration’s ability to sell its brand of ignorance and understates or completely ignores the influences that driving this caliphate of terror.

#1: I’ve received several private post inquiries on why this issue is any different than any other terror threat and my answer is this: The current iteration of ISIS is something quite different than the scheme originally intended as corps for Syrian Insurgent proposes. The Presidents failure to follow-thru on his “red line” threat opened the door for a dramatic shift.
ISIS very quickly morphed from simply an insurgent force, not unlike the original version of Al Qaeda, to a force of ideological rabid Islamic Neanderthals. They understand and are quite at ease with making use of all forms of extremes and the vacuum created by Obama’s attempt to establish a strategic alliance with Iran Under the current Islamic Reich this will never happen and has laid wide open the entire Middle-East to a enterprise that is able to entice the media into being an arm of its threat-messaging.
Leaving Baghdadi to openly conscript enlistment is to invite a global referendum by practitioners of Islam. Even if only 10 percent of the 1.6 billion Muslims respond, that alone represents a force of 160 million. Now you see the danger!
PS: Germany, France and England are themselves in great danger. Think of the composition of their own populations who are either apathetic or easily provoked into activism. Obama’s strategy for diplomatically corrupting Iran will prove itself to have been yet another example of his unfitness and may likely prove itself to be the cornerstone for the unraveling of a once great nation.
