Error-Izona

As if there isn’t bumbling on this topic sufficient to cover the planet with a thick coat of grey sludge, it seems unavoidable that someone – sooner or later – should touch on the most critically important point that none in the media dare tackle! The “topic” of course is the much maligned Arizona Immigration Law and the missing abstracts of relevance that are ignored!

I’ve been combing through the “grey sludge” since the beginning and still, I don’t see the topic raised, still, I see no one, not even the Arizona Governor, address the issue with any real, “…well as a matter of fact…” – depth.

What is the point?  Well there are several however, to summarize them all in to one,  the “topic” can be confined in to a phrase most seem to have forgotten:  “…endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

With this simple yet profound excerpt in mind, let me present to you a series of questions that should spur a form of connective-tissue between the topic, the Ideal of self-determination – expressed by the “excerpt in mind”, and ones consciencious thought.  Try these on, won’t you:

  1. Has anyone who is commenting on the Arizona Law actually read the proposed statute?
  2. Has anyone who is commenting on the Arizona Law actually read the Federal statute which the Arizona Law mirrors?
  3. If we do, truly, “…hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal and endowed by their creator….” then what true believer could actually side against Arizonan’s for wanting to perfect those things which “We hold these truths….” to be?
  4. Moreover, with the aforementioned in mind and the U.S. Constitution as its extension, what could possibly be ramblings loosely in the mind of an individual who assails the State of Arizona (and Arizonan’s) for wanting to assure their “unalienable” rights?
  5. Has anyone studied the U.S. Constitution lately and sufficiently to understand that it is a “compact” of the States, the Sovereign States, who have enjoined one another under the collective agreement which is, in point of fact, the very U.S. Constitution and do so only to the extent of the “enumerated powers therein”?  Not to mention the 10th Amendment as well as the principal of “Nullification” that is integral to the very core, the very essence of the U.S. Constitution!
  6. Is anyone paying attention to the point that when States and their respective residents/citizens challenge the right of another State to “protect and defend” their sovereign rights simultaneously these States are diminishing their own rights to do the same?  And lastly, but by no means to the exclusion of others equally relevant points,
  7. Are we so blinded by the weakness and speciousness of the “racial profiling” nonsense to such a degree that we are ignoring the greater risk that is looming by not only accepting the protagonists point of view but opening yet another door which leads to even further vaporizing of the very IDEALS “We hold these truths…” to be?

Damn!!!  At this point is precisely the word you should be expressing!

What is the Error-Izona?  Here it is!  It is not just that Arizona has the right, the sovereign right, to protect and PROJECT its “unalienable rights” but more importantly, why is it that every other red-blooded American isn’t Standing4™ the very same right for Arizonan’s to be able to do so!  Why is the Federal Government not only unwilling to execute its Constitutionally mandated duty and at the very same time, threatening the Sovereign State of Arizona from doing what the Feds have abdicated, in essence, by their inaction?

Oh yes,  the Feds are going to orchestrate adjudication of the issue through the desperate use of media-hype! And yes, the public will, likely, succumb to the hyperbole of the militant load-mouth masses!  And yes, once again, the outcome will be to further demonize and relegate, to the ash-heap of past-successes-squandered, i.e., our once sacred Ideals that we once “…hold these truths to be….”

The injustices of poetry and the Error-Izona!

In the end,  we find the rest we richly deserve on the matrice we construct by either our action or indifference!

How are you sleeping Amerika?  By the looks of things, not very well!
