Prologue – State of the Union

Well the delivery was well rehearsed charisma and not nearly as openly divisive as anticipated and yet, in some ways, I couldn’t help but sense that I was watching a Man attempting to avoid two quickly approaching conclusions:

  1. Although he knows it he has not yet fully come to grips with the simple truth that the Public has turned against him as has his political capital.
  2. The best of all options before him revolves around avoiding moves that drives the 2014 Mid-term outcome towards the Republicans. Still unwavering in his far-left-of-center leadership form and self-affirmed in his never-to-move-center stand he did speak to an understanding that few can reject:

State of the Union – A Treatise of Justifications

Americans have come to expect the abuse-of-conflict as a mainstay in the animated culture-of-adversity era where a nation, under the toxic influence of self-loathing airs, preys upon itself. Although clearly not its single source, the Obama Administrations feeds its own (self-loathing) and propagates further hunger with a perverse and preferential form of division so efficiently precise it has become an integral justification for “Why?” and the manner in which this President and his key players operate as they do.

Imperial Presidency Licensed by Congress

It is absolutely true that the Obama Administration, more than any previous administration, has set new standards of tyrannical-excess in large part due to the activist-anarchist nature of the President and his staff. With that said there remains one significant feature that accommodates executive-abuse and that is the concept of “enabling legislation.” When most bills are passed thru Congress they are merely conceptual in nature and quite non-specific. The details of enacting the intent of the bill/act is accomplished thru language that defers action to a named bureaucracy who is enabled, by the very same bill/act, to create the organisms and regulations (as necessary) to carry out their interpretation of the bill/acts intent.

Bill of Rights and the Silent 9th

As the detachment of the American people from their unalienable rights continues under the mythological premise of national security drones – the likes of Pat Leahy (D-VT) as an example – promise you the preservation of freedom so long as you surrender liberty. Let’s get this straight; there is no such thing as National Security if the price is the surrender of your most basic liberties. End of story! Key amendments such as the First thru Fifth are precious however there is one, I challenge, that is just as critical:

“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage other retained by the people.”

Humpty Dumpty

Funny thing about eggs, you won’t detect a crack until it’s broken. Stranger still is whether or not a security or surveillance apparatus will detect itself as a threat?  What we do know is that American’s should concern themselves with the near total loss of a fundamental freedom that binds the entirety of U.S. Bill of Rights; the unalienable right of personal sovereignty as all the kings’ horses and all the kings men will never, willingly, give it back to you again.
