U.S. Government Negotiating Away Your Privacy Rights

The government’s continuous assault on a person’s Fourth Amendment rights continues; while the hunt for the fleeting illusion of State Security blunders forward, Privacy Rights continue to suffer.

The U.S. Government is now, believe it or not, working on an agreement with the U.K. that would allow their authorities to serve wiretap orders directly on U.S. communications companies. This agreement would open, to non-U.S. jurisdiction and outside the domestic due-process regiment, all manner of data including, but not limited to, emails (including archived), live communications, GPS data etc.

The grand illusion that State Security, by the mere fact that it may simply make the claim, is somehow superior to the sovereign rights of the American citizen is the most conspicuous form of systemic abuse. The point that Congress, who clearly positions itself to be the standard-bearer of The State and its omniscience (vs. the People, which is their sworn duty), will likely not dare to make a stand in opposition to this malicious abuse.

The Imperfect Messenger Foundation will, as is our custom, flood members of Congress with our Opposition Statements, but we’re merely one voice. You need to chime in and let it be known, in no uncertain terms, that you vehemently oppose the further suspension and erosion of your Sovereign Rights.

It is the perpetual exhausting of liberty, along with the broadening absence of personal responsibility, that will increasingly become the country’s greatest threat.
