Governor Christie: Revenge of the GOP or a Hilary-Hit?

From his days leading up to and thru his tenure as U.S. AG for the State of New Jersey the Governor has proven his ability to carry-forward the tradition of political favoritism accented by his no-holds-bar taste and talent for pandering. His flair has run counter to blue-bloods and both sides of the isle including various union scamps.

Christie, being on the deeply shallow-side of moderate, clearly didn’t have the legs for a national run however he could suck sufficient air out of other GOP hopefuls and flat squash Hillary whose own closet is stacked to the breaking point with incredible forms of lechery. It was, simply put, time for him to be hauled aside in favor of a far more eagerly compliant stooge!

California Supreme Court Dissolves State Bar Standards

Not as if the State of California is foreign to setting new standards of all-time lows however this missive is beyond sub-nadir.  Enter Sergio Garcia, a law school graduate, passing grades on the State Bar exam and as an undocumented immigrant, until today, unable to practice law in the state.

As the bastion for the maintenance of standards admission to the Bar, among others specific and relevant points-of-order, affirms a practitioner as an Officer of the Court and bound to strict adherence to judicial standards. Now then, I ask you, what becomes of the Standards of Practice if the foundation upon which they are based, the Law, is deemed irrelevant?

Under God and The Lowest Possible Common Denominator

Again the infant mind of the narcissist pairs-up with an ignorant voice as, under the cover of Religious Liberty, a pleading is being prepared for for an all-out assault on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s Constitution pleading that “Under God” (as it appears in the Pledge of Allegiance) is an issue of discrimination. Again the Lowest Possible Common Denominator is being used as a weapon and it remains to be seen whether the Courts will act appropriately.

First, I believe we must first reacquaint ourselves with often forgotten or mostly ignored principles of American Representative Government: (1) The context of “representative”, (2) The standing of Government and (3) Those Freedoms not only reserved by the People but those which the Gov’t may not offend.

Misdirection en Masse: The Manufacturing of Crisis

There are a great many odd and curious events that mark American History; many ultimately shaped and sheered to fit an acceptable narrative; one easily fed to the public as plausible particularly at a time when shock, dismay, fear and anxiety make the conscience easily susceptible to suggestion which then allows the well-crafted lyrics to appear all the more plausible.

For me, I find four key events critical to the redirecting of the American Ideal away from its founding compass:

Middle-East Policy Overload

“The Nation, which indulges towards another an habitual hatred, or an habitual fondness, is in some degree a slave. It is a slave to its animosity or to its affection, either of which is sufficient to lead it astray from its duty and its interest.”
– George Washington, Farewell Address –

Yes indeed we have become a “slave” to our national leadership long “astray form its duty and its interest.” I am more convinced then ever before of the truth of it and well past the time for Americans to reconsider the posture which continues to drive this Nation into every-expanding global conflict; in fact I believe it is critical to a far greater issue: The survivability of the American Ideal.
