Rules Are the Rules

By Midnight of April 25th Cruz will not only be mathematically eliminated from obtaining enough delegates to win the election outright he will, as well, have fallen to third place in popularity too.

The following are a select group of response to questions/comments received after the original article as published. We believe you will find them of interest.

Self-Destructing National Sovereignty

As the Supreme Court wrestles with the Scope of Executive Authority issue, I was prompted to review various (historical) documents/decisions relating to the same. While doing so I rediscovered a brief that I’d previously referenced years before relating to the issue of selective-immigration authority citing, specifically, the McCarran-Walter Act of 1952 (see attached brief).

At the time former President Truman repudiated the Act however, despite his veto, largely because he was dissatisfied with a component that he felt was not satisfactorily addressed (in the “Bill”) however, ultimately resolved thru the Immigration Act of 1965. Congress was ultimately successful in overturning his veto and the legislation was made law.

Living Wage; GREAT Illusion, GREAT Risk

Understanding that the growth in the Loss of Middle-Income Jobs (in dollar denominated terms) is no less than nine times the total dollar-value of proposed/possible “Living Wage” employment. One can only conclude that this Socialized Wage-Based Agenda is a most apocryphal policy aimed at fantasy whose only affect will be to fuel a socio-economic crisis.

A Need for a Single-Mindedness in Purpose

“The Human Experience is only and ever advanced thru bold, deliberate and purposeful vision aligned with a common ideal; no worthwhile endeavor succeeds where divergent paths exist.”

Recently it has come to light – though always understood – that massive amounts of wealth is secreted away for various and always duplicitous reasons. It is, nonetheless, a perfect example of how and the manner in which single-mindedness with purpose works to counter the worthwhile endeavors of a common ideal; you must be willing to stop it!

Rules Were Made to be Elusive

Over the weekend, Colorado awarded all 34 delegates to Ted Cruz. The fix had been in since August, when party officials, alarmed at Trump’s popularity, decided it would be best if Colorado Republicans were not allowed to vote on the party’s nominee. Yes, the argument in opposition to Cruz’s actions could be justifiably dismissed if we hold to the claim that “he’s simply playing by the rules.” However, clearly, the rules are biased, distinctly contrary to what Americans would believe should be a truly Democratic process and recent polls show this to be the case – 87% polls say the system is corrupt.
