One Office At A Time

The future is what you make of it; how you get there is what you vote for. Much about this country’s political/socio-economic platform is a direct reflection of the public expectation; having come to expect something for nothing it then follows that the outcome is really not unexpected; now is it!

Most Americans have turned their back on the ballot box and in some way who can blame them however, that is part of the “change” strategy/platform; turn the system against itself and it will collapse. It’s time, seriously, way past time that Americans re-acquire their sovereign state and though you may not like the Candidates made available, two choices still remain:

Rubio

While Marco Rubio’s polish is on display and his temporary “bump” in opinion-polls levitates I continue to question, some 15 months before the GOP Convention, why the rush? Why the risk of inviting public-fatigue? Why, in a potential field of 20-plus, would a candidate preempt the coming flood?

I’ve never been a fan of active officeholders, specifically Senators & Congressmen/women, running for office. I continue to hold to the belief that Governors, or better yet, non-politicos are the best candidates for the highest office. Where Rubio is concerned, he thinks the Florida-strategy is to run a rabbit with hopes the hounds are kept occupied to a point of fatigue.

GOP Heading To Fail

RNC Chair Reince Preibus demonstrates GOPs tendency for self-destruction. His pronouncement that Mrs. Clinton is “about the best person we could possibly hope for” telegraphs that the GOP strategy is to run against Hillary instead of running on a specific plan for restoring the American public’s faith in representative government.

If the GOP is bent on blood-sport politics then they will lose the White House in 2016 primarily because voters will not turn out for the GOP offering and Hillary will win atop the GOP’s failure to connect.

Clinton Samples the Inequality of Equality

Chelsea Clinton’s cover appearance on the May issue of Elle settles it; the Clinton Fantasy Machine is in churn-n-burn mode. Complete with the classic clintonesque non-sequitur, the former first daughter peevishly demonstrates the she’s teaming well with this prolific spawning-machine of terminal division; “since when did 20 percent become the definition of equality?”

This is yet another seedling looking to take root in the toxic soil where baiting the public conscience with yet another false premise divides and draws the public into a baseless, completely fabricated, argument. In a mindset that crafts the notion of equality and defines the same by whatever distortion a social accommodation can provide is itself both a non-sequitur and a false premise or, simply, an outright lie.

Religious Freedom

Let’s see if I have this nonsense refined to a point of order: We, individually, possess an unalienable right of free speech, association and religion (among others). One, of the We, party chooses to express their unalienable right in the form of an objection or protest which is then met with the swift retribution of the virulently vocal minority challenging the very unalienable right upon which their soapbox stands. Then, to make certain that the public is not left wanting for a display of political conviction, a movement is leased for passing legislation aimed solely at codifying what is ALREADY an unalienable right.
Apparently, it would seem, that the purpose of all this is to serve as some form of defense mechanism. Apparently if your so-called and once-unalienable right is ever challenged you will be able to point to a statute as testimony for how ignorantly civil and perfectly benign our unique form of malignancy has become.
The following are a select group of responses to questions/comments received after the original article was published. We believe you will find them of interest.
#1: DNC Buying Time:  You know it was only a matter of time before some slothful form of social anarchy arrived to announce, formally, that 2016 election season has begun.  As a reminder of your unworthiness, the pursuit of a populists finer points of issue and concern are set aside in favor of debasing the process to the lowest possible point; after all, the process does favor debauchery.
