Law Enforcements Newest Invasion Tool

While patently ignoring the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, over the last two years U.S. Law Enforcement (approximately 50 agencies), have equipped officers with a new tech surveillance device. The “Range-R”, manufactured by L-3 Communications, works similarly to a stud-finder and when placed on the wall of a structure can detect interior movement.

Even though the Supreme Court has previously ruled that Officers cannot use high-tech sensors without first obtaining a search warrant that seems of little interest to the newly enabled law enforcement (using the “Range-R”) that rely on pre-established probable cause from previously issued warrants.

State of the Union – Dangling Bloody-Carrots

Like no other President before him, Mr. Obama holds the dubious distinction of being the most dynamically deceptive Chief Executive, ever.

Straight from the era of low-grade Alinskyite-intellectuals the order of outcome has never been about driving a positive outcome unless of course one defines the achievement of total dysfunction as an achievable goal. Congress, by design, is intended to be a less-than-efficient regime which aids in controlling extremes however over time, primarily due to long-term career politicians and disinterested public, this less-than-efficient regime has morphed (largely) into a most unconscionable organism.

Paris & the Narrative

Make no mistake, the President controls the public policy narrative. In the apparatus of his form of totalitarian governance it is a must and the media willingly accommodates under threat of being ostracized. In the Obama-World you own only what you speak to or confess and nothing more.

Where Paris is concerned the mirror is quite reflective; the reality (Radical Islam) didn’t fit the narrative and so the Administration couldn’t be seen associated with it (not to mention the fact that a majority of leaders in attendance have little if any use for the Obama Administration).

Paris: An Administrations Response!

As has become the custom of the Obama Administration it appears that, now past the 6 year mark, it is practically impossible for this reign-of-the-disingenuous incompetent to muster any measurable response that isn’t laden with the syrupy-ooze of the pathologically-pathetic.

The response, by the Administration, to the Paris attack is yet another instance where history will record the Obama tenure as the single instance, in American political history, when the most deplorable attributes of mankind’s weaknesses had converged to openly defeat any semblance of the higher potential and its link with sound governance.

Paris: Flaw in the Correctness Fad

The loss of life is tragic; greater still is the tragedy of tolerance. Ironic that this nation’s iconic image of liberty, sitting in New York Harbor, is a gift from France. And yet this Nation (and many other western nations including the U.S.) have given over their liberties to the fashionable irony of political correctness and by doing so have opened the door to a most virulent threat bent on total conversion.
