Like it or not the President, to the delight of Schumer & Pelosi, now owns Obamacare. Despite our recommendations, Ryan, McConnell & Price have persuaded the Administration to take a different course. Instead of coming out with a plan that directly reconstructs the entire system they’ve decided to run a leveraged approach. Leveraged in the sense that will phase-in their ascent of Mount Obamacare by first presenting a “working” plan in the form of proposed legislation, followed by 3-4 concurrent Bills, principally with the intent of engaging both parties into the consensus-by-amendment process.  Read more...

As the Swamp continues the plugging of its own drain, the acrid plume expands, all the while the gift of plausible deniability keeps you from facing the fact that what is occurring bears no resemblance to what you’re being told.

No biopsy is required, no suppositions are too far afield as the swamp is indeed a self-generating sewer managing the toxic migration of sewage. Obama to Come Out?

Will the former President’s joint efforts with Former AG Eric Holder, aimed at reversing the Democrat’s losing trend by pressing forth with a nationwide redistricting campaign, help repopulate the elected ranks of Democrats?

In my opinion, definitely not and for one fundamental reason: where the vote counts, at the grass-roots level, the former President’s political capital barely registers and will not have the influence, particularly now with DNC moving further left under its newly elected leader, Tom Perez.  Read more...
