Could Trump be Advance-Planning His Departure?

One of the privileges of bold and brazen personalities is that one comes to expect them to be, well, bold and brazen. Making wild and lavish prognostications is what they do. You might even say this matrix is their brand, their marketing cue card. If they succeed then of course the sentiment is explained as expected; who else but so-n-so could pull-off such a thing. On the other hand if they fail its then we can easily pass it off as being unreasonable to have expected, given the strenuous and extreme nature of the challenge, that anyone could have succeeded.  Read more...

FBI Backs-Off Apple But…! Will the Fourth Amendment survive the digital-age?

As Law Enforcement works to expand its tool-box, the standing of one’s sacred and constitutionally-protected right of personal privacy becomes a relic in the post-constitutional age.

The false-argument suggesting that one surrenders their privacy once having entered the public-domain completely sets aside the fundamentals; the origins of the data and the fact that without that originating force the data would not exist. If patent law protects and preserves the “maker” of protected “property” then how is it that the same standard isn’t equally applicable to you? Conforming law to suit the demands of government, at the expense of individual liberties, has become the norm and the publics indifference to the occurrence is itself proof that government has won the re-education war.  Read more...

Lose with Cruz!

Yes, mathematically Cruz could still receive the required Delegate Count, statistically though he has a less than 9.6 percent chance (taking into account the statistical calcs on to-date wins and delegate accumulations by Trump). The Bush-Clan is hard at work soiling the Convention and this can be seen thru the manner in which their super-pacs are recasting their image of Trump, their support of Cruz, the re-birth of the sniveling Mitt Romney, their pre-canvasing of state-by-state delegates and their working to alter Convention Rules even prior to the seating (at the Convention) of Delegates.  Read more...

Brussels Terror; the Tactical Error

The threat of Terror is a constant, the reality of a breach in human interaction manifested thru acts of desperation typically, more often than we would care to admit, teased by a politicized agenda; human history is littered with them.

Aided by the tendency of people to compartmentalize the risk and the Governments approach to PC-Messaging, we soft-sell ourselves into a form of disassociation to the truth and to disfigured facts which only serves to delay appropriate action, surrender vigilance and continue the false premise that if we are willing to release our grip on personal liberty we’ll be rewarded with total security.
