Romney: A Moot Trajectory

I’m lost, at the moment, in a whirling tempest; it seems as if I’m looking at a blender full of sludge seasoned with strips of paper each bearing the name of one of the current crop of GOP Candidates. As the goo whirls about in the clear-glass blender occasionally a strip of paper makes its appearance in the rotation. Who will it be; Huntsman, Santorum, Gingrich, Paul, Perry and a – what’s-his-name…oh yes, Romney? I’m not entirely sure the determining factors are faithful to a necessary outcome; in fact, it may be far more reasonable to presume that it may not be possible.

Rationing of Truth

 “Clarity is revealed only once the clutter of fraud is repelled.”   

This past week the government complex finally managed to achieve its greatest exhibition of transparency. In a mere forty-eight hours the political processes of Washington affirmed the American Publics native intuitions; the system is, in all manner of speaking, incapable of recognizing and responding to the many issues this Country faces and by doing so Politicians demonstrates the entire bureaucracy’s patent indifference to their oath of office and the best interests of the consenting governed.

Chris Christie and the Diffusion of Conscience

The American public is paying far more attention to the Presidential Election cycle than ever before and the GOP is in panic-mode because of it; it’s authority in the process is being challenged by those not part of the landed-gentry and the politically-camouflaged elite and there’s good reason for it: The Country is facing a convergence of crisis the like of which never experience before and all of it due to structured, studied, advancing and deliberated failure: 

  • The Ascension of Political Supremacy – Government is what matters.
  • The Evolution of Inverse Values – Multinationals matter more.

Citizenry: Transitions of Conscience

“Time it was not so long ago when what I thought and believed was based on what it was I knew; so it appeared. The ring of sound, the maize of imagery mixed amid the references that transfixed as if certain then came to be as it was, then to be that it was so and thus the norm as it was to be.

Quite assured of itself the process was and I listened intently taking notes even as I would remark to myself with delight that a venture such as this be undertaken and that I was to be afforded companionship along the way with the many pulling in accord and in common to that which seemed the norm.

In Search of Representation

 “That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,….”  

An often overlooked component of the Declaration of Independence due a closer look; it is the enabling mechanism of the rights as described in the statement which precedes it. Implicit in its affirming fringe the declarants announce to the world the birth of representative democracy.
