A Chamberlain-esque Pledge to America

So, what is there to say about the GOP’s “A Pledge to America?”  Short answer: Not Much!  It is the quintessential poli-speak shaped, formed and refined over decades in to a supremely indefinable medium of its own.  Or, as I write in We Hold These Truths,

“The politician feels quite comfortable defining whatever they want so long as you don’t insist on their telling you, precisely, what it is!  After all, to press a point of principle is only to render them speechless!”

KZOZ San Luis Obispo!

Today Jeff & Jeremy of San Luis Obispo’s KZOZ hosted Curtis Greco for a key segment on the economics of politics. A lively and spirited discussion you’ll want to hear!  These two are the “pulse” of an “in tune & in touch” segment of America waking up to a whole new reality. Enjoy!

The Light Exposes the Dimly Lit!

The Body Politic is only just beginning to stir.  Quite easy to observe the stated political machinery in action, finger pointing, name calling and sorted details of miss-deeds and personal failures. The incumbent assails the opposition for their lack of experience whilst extolling their own personal virtues using silence to distance themselves from culpability.

In California, the poster child for all things politically extreme, we see the pathologically miss-informed challenged by the hopelessly ill-informed both attempting to seduce the un-informed.  But let’s not forget the Great State of Colorado presently engaged in the same charade of seduction along with Arizona, Pennsylvania and so on and so forth.

3 Americas & Fewer Options

This past Monday, August 23rd, I had an extraordinary opportunity to visit with Pat Campbell for a “live” interview.  He’s a formidable talent and host of his own talk-radio show on 1170 KFAQ in Tulsa, Ok. He was supremely gracious in extending me an invitation to visit with him and to pitch the Blind Vision Series but more importantly, we were able to spend a few moments discussing critical issues affecting each and every American.

“Circum-Sal-Ation” – A Pandemic Art

Last week I was afforded a wonderful opportunity to share the airwaves with Denny Schaffer, a wonderful host of a vibrant talk show broadcasting on 920 WGKA in Atlanta, Ga.  We were talking about the dismal failure of the Stimulus Bill and the vacuity of the Wall Street Financial Reform Bill which had passed earlier in the day.

Denny’s show became the first public appearance of a new term which I had coined to express what no single word seems capable of doing.  My regular readership will not be particularly surprised by this as I do my own fair share of “wordsmithing.”
